How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do Joyor electric scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, every scooter is covered by a 1-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in the motor, battery, and frame.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
Are the scooters delivered fully assembled?
Our scooters arrive 95% assembled. You will only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the toolkit included in the box.
