At Joyor Electric Scooter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
